Most bars also have a dice rolling game. The object is to roll five-of-a-kind (chances are about one in one thousand or 6/7,776 to be exact). You can play once per shift and the cost is a dollar. It takes a day to payout and the bartender on shift generally gets 10%. We saw pots ranging from $400 - 1,000 during our stay this past December. I got four-of-a-kind, which got me the drink of my choice (varies by bar).
